I have over 4 years of experience delivering quality software to the market. To work in an environment that enables me to make good use of current knowledge of object-oriented design and development, and the J2EE framework and data architectures to further advance meaningful causes and thereby identify avenues for further improvement and improvisation in due process is my priority!
Most recently I was a J2EE consultant at Amtrak responsible for the development and delivery of multiple three-tier architecture implementations. These included working on user interfaces based on Struts 2, middle-tiers using EJB 3, and, Java Persistence API & iBatis on the tertiary tier. Extensive use of WebSphere Servers and Oracle & SQL Server databases, together with updating technical documentation were some of the other skills utilized there. Projects developed at Amtrak included applications to support the client’s Revenue Management System and an application named Fare Families to support Amtrak.com.
What I bring to the table are excellent communication skills, strong analytic thinking and creative problem solving abilities to thoroughly understand a client’s business requirement, provide sufficient business documentation, and deliver quality products to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Work Terms
I shall optimally work for 24 hours a week, billing approximately $100 per hour. Email is the preferred mode of communication!
