Design and development automation workflows according to the established business process using Robotic Process Automation technology (UiPath) • Negotiations with stakeholders during all phases of RPA development (requirement gathering, automation design, development, testing, UAT, production use) • Processes analysis review and documentation • Conduct testing and maintenance of existing and newly build workflows • Improve skills in automation products by completing automation certification • Prepare RPA documentation (Process Design Document, Solution Design Document, Operational Handbook) • Handle communication with stakeholders in terms of incidents and service requests
