I am currently carrying out a joint PhD at ViCOROB (Universitat de Girona) and LE2I (Université de Bourgogne). My researches are focused on developing a Computer Aided Diagnosis (CAD) system for prostatic biopsy guidance and follow-up using multi-modal medical imaging. Besides my PhD, I am carrying out a Master in Business Innovation and Technology Management (BITM). I was an Externs Researcher Scientist at Barcelona Digital Technology Centre, in Health department. I was carrying out a research mobility in Université de Bourgogne in the laboratory LE2I. Involved research topics include object detection, recognition, tracking and also automatic content tagging and retrieval content inside videos. These researches were financed under REHABILITA project sponsored by Minesterio de Ciencia e Innovacíon. I received the Erasmus Mundus Master of Excellence (Hons) in Vision & Robotics (ViBOT) which is taught in Université de Bourgogne - LE2I, Universitat de Girona - VICOROB, Heriot-Watt University - VISP/OSL. Previously, I received a BSc (Hons) in Electrical, Signal and Image from Univesité de Bourgogne, I.U.T. Le Creusot and Heriot-Watt University. I carried out an internship in VICOROB supervised by Dr. Robert Martí Marly. Researches were involved in the PROSCAN project. Researches involved an implementation of a software to reconstruct 3D volume and create tools for localization inside the volume in order to assist doctors.
