I learned Java on my own this past decade, after studying Computer Science at San Jose State University and University of Colorado at Denver in the 1990's, while updating my software skills starting in 2006. I studied VBA, OpenOffice Basic, HTML, Javascript, and other languages and technology stacks and produced numerous independent projects in order to master these. I started studying Python on September 9, 2017 (9.9.2017) and worked part time for four months authoring portfolio which I can provide on request. I wrote my projects using the PyCharm community edition IDE using a version tracking system, saving my progress nearly every day I worked on it. I compressed the project folders into a single file: Python Learning [login to view URL], which is available for examination by potential (seriously) employers. I am currently reviewing the code to add demonstration and test code to the modules.
