We are licensed and insured according to industry standards. With a combined 32 years of accounting, bookkeeping, and tax experience, On Task Accounting can service all industries. We provide part time Controller/CFO level services to small-medium sized businesses and nonprofits. Our focus is primarily assisting the needs of our clients with accounting software setup, budget preparation, full charge accounting, annual audits, accounting processes and controls. We also have experience with payroll, and human resource management. In addition, we have setup policies and procedures for small to medium sized businesses needing guidance with employee benefit administration. We also assist many Presidents/Owners and Executive level staff with treasury management functions, small business advisement, and overall financial leadership of accounting departments whether outsourced or on-site. On Task Accounting, has prided themselves in keeping their clients “On Task”.

Work Terms
Our hours of operation are M-F 9 am - 6 pm. Our payment terms will depend upon the contract/proposal and will be paid either via ACH or via paypal. Our preferred methods of communication is via phone or email.
