Good copy creates a moment of connection—a chance to convey brand ethos, emotion, and crucial information. It can turn your site into a 24/7 sales machine, so you can focus on big-picture strategy. It can help you stand out from the crowd, making competition irrelevant. Most importantly? It can inspire those coveted “add to cart” clicks. So yes, it’s pretty much magic. It’s also 100% essential. Customers are more mindful of language and communication with brands than ever. When they shop, they want to feel understood and empathized with—not pressured or pitched at. Not surprisingly, more people than ever are also turning to the internet to shop. That means digital copy that reflects your customer’s values and vernacular is the fastest and most potent way to establish that connection. That’s where I come in. My name is Michelle Christina Larsen. I’ve spent eight stylish (and slightly geeky) years honing my skills as one of New York’s leading women’s fashion copywriters. What makes ME the expert? I don't believe a brand should hire a copywriter until this information has been established. A strong sense of positioning will help us kickstart the project with clarity. (Note: If you have a target customer but have not developed a brand voice, never fear -- I can help with that.) 2. I'm fashion-focused. My niche encompasses women's clothing, accessories, beauty, and the occasional chic home goods project. I may accept menswear, lifestyle, and wellness projects on a case-by-case basis. 3.
