Effective communication is key to success! My strong communication skill was strength during my 18 years in British Airways. It is but the most essential tool I use to problem solve, complete task, understand issues etc. I completed several workshop during my employment to harness the benefits of communication strategies. Its not all about being able to talk but it is equally important to listen and adopt certain techniques to establish a win win conversation. Delivering your message to an audience is yet another skill. I have attended some TostMasters sessions to pick up some of these key skills. I have experience in communication skills with different office levels which is yet again gained during my time working in the property industry. It's vital to strengthen communication skills as I believe learning a language doesn't just stop at being able to speak. I'm passionate about the subject and would love to mentor from beginners to more advanced level.
