I am an IT Generalist with 15 years of personal experience in various areas of information technology such as: * Troubleshooting Windows-based systems by resolving device driver problems, registry issues, backing up and restoring data. * Talking users through troubleshooting or other activities over text or voice. * Windows/DOS command line * C Programming I am also currently in a Search Engine Evaluator position with Leapforce.
