I want to be to be good at my job, so I practice, practice, practice and achieve perfection. If I don't love something, then I just don't do it. I once heard on TV, that perseverance is the hard work you do after you get tired of doing the hard work you already did. Guess what am i trying to do now onward. Perseverance.
