Human Resources Business Partner

I am a Human Resources Business Partner by profession, with over 7 years experience in HR. For the past 3 years I have worked with one of the largest Australian Employers as a HR Business Partner, supporting Finance, Strategy and Graduate teams. I am currently on a Career Break so am available for Freelance work while living in Italy. I have a degree in Business Management with HR Major, Project Management Certificate and numerous in-house courses with my Employer. I have facilitated courses for over 100 Employees, designed Graduate Programs in Australia and New Zealand and also recorded training videos and Podcasts for numerous Organisations. I am a native English speaker and am learning Italian while I live here.
