Over 10 years as a business consultant for Startups, small and medium businesses specializing in business strategy, operating models, business process design, operations performance optimization, project management and organization design.
I get a kick out of solving problems and shaping new businesses. It is one of the key reasons I quit the corporate world and set up my own small business consulting company.
