I'm a software developer interested in developing as a translator. I'm fluent in English, Spanish and Japanese. I also speak some French and a bit of Mandarin Chinese. Throughout my work career, I have very often taken on work of writing and editing technical manuals, editing and redacting articles written by non-English native speakers. I have a excellent command of English grammar, spelling and technical writing in general. During my career, I've lived and worked in Japan a total of fifteen years. In 1993, I tested and obtained Level 1 (highest level) in the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test. (日本語能力試験一級取得) I'm also very proficient with Microsoft Word and can deliver matching, well-formatted translations.
