Third class service never complete a single article and just kept bidding on different projects. He is not all professional provider. He is a rough identity broker in freelancer. Nobody should hire for his work. he is a copy master. I didn't see such a talkative and beggar in my life. I was both surprised at the lack of grasp of my POSTED requirements, despite a partial re-write, and disappointed at the lack of co-operation even after full payment had been made. THAT, was my mistake. He likes to argue rather working, he doesn't even know how to research on a topic. very unprofessional behavior, stay away from him. :((
