Hi, My name is Azira and i born and raised in Malaysia.I'm 31 years old who have experience working in customer service field for the past 6 years. I use to work with some major telecommunication company in Malaysia such as Vads Berhad and Umobile Sdn Bhd. I work as customer helpdesk for Vads Berhad for project like Streamyx and Unifi both are for Telekom Malaysia (Internet provider) and later with Umobile as Sr. Sales & Service Representative. Working in this field teach me how to handle customer and assists them with any of inquiry and problem related to the company product that they subscribe, it also teach me to be patient and i meet a lot of interesting individual during the period i working with both company. As for my personal interest i interested in learning new language and also interested in learning about photography and videography. Thank you
