I was the Lead Enineer for companies industial automation team and worked in the capacity of Deputy General Manager in the company. My main task were to create automation solution for most labour intensive operations in apperal industry. This was mainly consist of develeoping machinery to automate sewing operation. During my work experiences I manage to implement 7 high impact solution including "Hem automation' and 'Staight Seam automation.

I was the Mechanical Design expert in a research group working on medical robotic platform for motor rehabilitation of stroked patients. My designs include a cartesian planar manipulandum for upper limb rehabilitation( This product is successfully trialed in clinical set up and now marketed as a commercial platform in Singapore), a Two stationed coupled wrist robot for Human-machine-human interaction and Low inertial cable driven wrist manipulator.
