I do not know where to begin. All I can say is, please do not give this person money until everything he does for you is completed. Keep it all in milestones. Or, you will be sorry. He talked me into letting his close out one project and starting another, then never finished either of them, yet he kept taking on new projects. In 7 days, i get to leave another feedback against him a well. Shame about the amount of money this person took from me!
