Most recently I received an award from Simon Weston (OBE) for my personal achievement in the field of Leadership and Management. I understanding the need for a coaching style of leadership in the digital age we live in and have in depth knowledge of change management. Aside from my academic skills and attributes I LOVE writing. I am in the process of uploading my new blog which is an amalgamation of creative writing and blog posts and articles relating to travel, life, love, relationships, gaming and even space!
