In my previous full-time corporate role based in Manhattan, I assisted in managing the firm's additional Connecticut and Los Angeles offices in the form of facility maintenance, building accessibility and office supply/snack orders - comfortably and confidently being able to provide remote support as necessary throughout the day. I am extremely proficient in verbal/phone communication as well as digital correspondence, as a very heavy portion of this previous role included consistent communication with our outside office locations. I possess an impeccable phone manner and am a very personable and highly communicative individual - always ready/able to help explain all details as necessary to prospective clients in the most courteous and professional way possible. Throughout the day I am able to appropriately prioritize steadily changing levels of urgency - all the while maintaining a level-head and consistent smile. I am a proactive, self-starter that is always happy to get the job done independently, while also possessing the client-facing human relations skills necessary to work on a team and/or with actual clients. I pride myself on my extensive vocabulary and writing abilities, as well as the overall positive outlook and presence that I am sure to bring to any job situation I am in.
