Sanvito Design Hostel Ragusa

Apr 2016 - Present

Currently working in the First Hostel opened in Ragusa. I am taking care of the Front Desk and Reservation departments, creating the new procedures and task lists, while running the usual Reception and Reservation duties. In Particular I trained the staff to provide the Hostel with a skilled and motivated workforce. I organized events such as DJ sets, concerts and theatrical performances in the common areas also open to locals to create a link between the guests and people of Ragusa.
