About

About my family and me: I am Gloria, an easy going, chill-out woman in my 60s, living in Uruguay. I work as a freelancer translator and occasional writer. I have three grown-up children, the oldest ones currently doing PhDs in the US, and the youngest working as a psychologist in Uruguay.
After working 20 years as Administration and Quality Chief at a software company, I left it aiming to do what I really like: work playing with words and being my own boss. I am happy with my decision: today I have many satisfied clients.
My hobbies: I love literature, movies, music, good food and good wine, walking, photography, nature, birds, butterflies and life outdoors. Specially, I love talking with friends and learning from all kind of people.
At last, but not least, I'm the proud grandma of four cute kids and I love them a lot!

Work Terms

I have wide availability times, but do not work on weekends. I prefer to communicate with clients by email and work with short milestones, being paid through Guru SafePay method.
