I am a native English speaker with a BSc (physics), BMath, MMath and a PhD (Mathematics). I have over 20 years of coding experience including web, scientific computing, data analytics, AWS and GPU computing. I am proficient in many languages including Python, JavaScript, C and C++. I have experience developing distributed apps using blockchain technology and am knowledgeable about the core theories underpinning blockchain tech (such as Elliptical Curve Cryptography, and Byzantine Fault Tolerance). I have experience using various machine learning techniques, and understand the mathematics behind those algorithms. I am a flexible and creative thinker, reliable, resourceful, and love challenging projects. I have taught numerous mathematics courses at Canadian universities and have a gift for explaining complicated ideas in simple, easy to understand ways. I have leadership experience at senior management levels in industry as well as with small start up companies (including my own).
