I’ve been working as a customer service in a BPO company for more than 7 years as of date. I was exposed to Different Types of customers and different accounts. I also handled a telecommunications Company named Telstra which is an Australian Company. From 2012 – 2015 I worked as a Purely Customer Service in the billing department in which our customers are Australians. Before we were exposed in the Production Team we learned about the history of Australia and how people in Australia behave. In that span of 3 years I was promoted as a Specialist 2 in which my responsibility is more technical that just the plain Billing Specialist.
