This tool is used to collect client’s information personal information including documents attachments. Once the information is received, its underwritten by the designated team. It has many features including round robin, SMS integration among others. Currently in use by Minet and Teachers Service Commission

HR Performance Management

System Designing and Developing a HR Performance Management Portal. Staff set their objectives which they can track through the year by doing self-appraisals which are subsequently submitted to their managers who reviews and amend where necessary. At the end of year, these goals are submitted to HR for their review and bonus calculations.


Ecommerce

Came up with a self-service portal where new clients purchase policies from the company. The portal does analysis of the policies depending on the details provided. Once a user selects their choice and provide required details, the portal will direct to payment where user pay and get the policy. The portal also faces the back-office system to the public. Claims, Client transactions, list of qualified underwriters, garages and assessors are also available from the portal.

Indemnity Portal
Minet and Pacis Insurance partnered to offer personal and doctors indemnity cover which they aimed to sell online. I came up with the product which includes Purchase module which has been configured to accept MPesa payments and claim modules.


Rest Easy

Designed and developed an online Rest Easy Application that aims at digitizing Rest Easy Application mainly by corporate clients. Further to this the product has been enhanced further to allow Minet and Sanlam collaboration to offer last expense product to the market.
